Healthcare Visa Pay

Data source

Healthcare Visa Pay uses public disclosure files from the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Foreign Labor Certification. The site combines salary records, work location rows, green card-related cases, and other wage records so healthcare workers can compare sponsors with source context in one place.

These records are useful for salary and sponsor research. They are not live job posts, USCIS approvals, proof of hiring, or a complete list of every healthcare immigration option.

If a term is unclear, use the glossary for plain meanings or the methodology for counting rules.

What gets counted

  • Salary records: healthcare records retained from the public salary disclosure file.
  • Worker positions: 25,626 positions listed in certified salary records. One record can list more than one position.
  • Work locations: workplace rows matched by case number, used for city, state, and other-company-at-workplace context.
  • Green card-related cases: certified employer-sponsored cases in the public permanent labor certification data.
  • Other wage records: issued wage determinations from public prevailing wage data.

Known limits

  • Public records can lag real-world hiring and sponsorship activity.
  • A salary record is not a current opening, job offer, or proof that a worker started.
  • A green card-related record is not a final green card approval.
  • Pay can change by hours, shift, location, license status, benefits, contract terms, and visa or green card program.
  • Company type labels use public source checks and should be confirmed with the sponsor before relying on them.
